 Hehe ... ever use Lynx?  Its nice and fast, does bold+underline and
 other text attributes (maybe inverse too, depending on your terminal
 type) and all graphics show up as   [IMAGE]    and you can arrow
 over to it, hit ENTER and download it if you want.

 Its a pure text HTML browser so you can run the interface locally, or
 by dumb-terminal (such as on a BBS).  It will find HTML documents
 locally (run a hypertext BBS with Lynx if you like), or via internet.
