To end this off-topic thread, I'll reply by saying... to each his own, I 
guess! I love Ascii because it will ALWAYS be faster than ANY other display
protocol out there. Period. You cannot top the speed of Ascii. Well, yes you 
can. I wish I could read binary digits (0's and 1's) when I called a board
instead of letters.
