The problem might be (or at least part of the problem) that fpc  
(FReePascal) for BeOS ist still version 1.0.6, which is know to cause  
problems when compiling OpenXP. Possibly, but not tested, the 1.0.10- 
release-canidate from http://www.freepascal.org/down-beos.html helps.

Well, if you try it again with the above mentioned RC and post the error  
messages to the developer list, I'll try to push the developer to help  
out.
