The PowerBASIC DLL Compiler (PB/DLL) is a commercial software product,
only available by purchase.  There are no shareware versions.  The
16-bit version (PB/DLL 2.0) has been dramatically reduced in price, from
$149 to just $59, to make it much easier to get started.  Further
