| subject: | Splitting Wave Files |
Hi Russell (of 5:7105/1), On , you wrote me: RT> Goldwave I have got, and it works fine at manual splitting of *.wav RT> files, Cool Edit 2000 is what I used to record the LP's to my HDD. Then I think you've got a fine tool that can do your splitting. Any editor is going to require a certain amount of "manual" intervention. GW can automatically set "flags" between tracks (you may need to adjust the "silence threshold" and you may need to double-check the placement of the flags and delete the ones done in error) and then once you've done that, it's a simple matter to click the "split" function. ...August --- FMail/Win32 1.60* Origin: .
