MO'SLO does not work that way. I'm fairly certain it only effects
the program called, not the general system clock. You replace the
call in the batch (or cmd) file
imnc /c
by
mo'slo.com /x imnc /c
where x is the percentage of speed you want imnc to have. Since imnc
is finished within a few seconds, nothing else is impacted.

Yep -- and I mention it simply in case anyone else is having a similar
problem with any of the IM programs (or any other legacy programs).
It is an alternate fix. It is only in effect while you are running
the target program.
