Apparently Kaiser Permanente has been sending out unwanted faxes without the
permission of the recipients.  If you check out
http://www.lawyersandsettlements.com/case/kaiser_faxes there is some more
information about Kaiser Permanente's unsolicited fax advertising. There is
also a free case evaluation for those who may have been affected by this. I
thought this might be of interest and may be of some help.
