I need to use DDE or OLE from within (preferably) PB3.5 or PBDLL, but I
can't see how to create an object as its not a type that I can dim:
 
 
 
 
dim  wfax as object - doesn't work.
 
 
 
The documentation for the software that I'm trying to communicate with says
(in VB)-
 
dim wfax as object
set wfax = CreateObject("SMPLFAX")
etc.
etc.
