Hi Armand, Gerard, and all,
YES it will do !
To show you why do this:-
PRINT "HERE IS A LINE OF TEXT WITH A CRLF"
PRINT "HERE IS A LINE OF TEXT WITHOUT CRLF";
It's the magic ; {semi colon} on the end that suppresses the CRLF
The PRINT#1,"TEST" will add the crlf
PRINT#1,"TEST"; won't
Hope that helps.....
By the way a , (coma) indents the next item by a TAB space { or there
abouts } handy for formatting text.
