No the Chunnel and Ferry..  The ferry is the most commonly used method..  You 
DRIVE your CAR onto the ferry, buy your cheap cigs/ale in france or belgium 
then DRIVE back ont the ferry and a half hour later you are DRIVING your CAR 
home..  The supervision is'nt as close ona ferry, especially if you go on a 
coach, b'cause Customs & Excise have a lot of other ppl on the coach to check 
as well, so they just look at your passport, then wave you through (Thats if 
they even bother looking at your passport..) but I know of at least 8 ppl who 
do it, and I live in a small area..!

Are guns legal..?  Are Missiles legal (for Governments)..?  Both are legal..  
Both make the ppl concerned rich..  Both kill people..
But if Nintendo REALLY wanted to stop piracy, improved protection routines is 
the way to go about it..
Do you think The PS Mod Chip should be illegal..  It has a legitimate use (To 
play Imports), but most ppl use it to play gold's or HK pir8's..
Or what about the Saturn Magic Card or Strong Arm or Action Replay/Gameshark, 
they have legit reasons for their existince, but you can do illegal things 
with them..  Should we make those Illegal..?
