Some of the programs that use TAPI/Unimodem are:
1.  Win95 Dial-up Networking
2.  WinNT 4.0 RAS
3.  HyperTerminal
4.  Qmodem Pro for Win95 v2.0
5.  Microsoft Phone
6.  Winfax 7.0
Installation Instructions:
There are two possible paths for using these files on your computer.  If
everything is working correctly with your system, there is no reason to
install new INF files.  These INF's are provided for people who might have
lost their original disks or received a modem before certain Microsoft
functionality was available.
