John, you fail to realize that I don't own a SupraExpress modem. How should I 
"use the commands" on a modem that I do not own, nor have access to?
Did you read the original message you replied to? I own a SupraFAX modem, not 
an Express. I found a good price on an Express modem back in March. I asked 
here if the modem supported CallerID.... and the rest is history.
