I'm sorry you're having such a tough time.

My only recommendation is to try and get more control over your condition.
Test your BGs, exercise and research every last drug that you have been
prescribed.  Tell your wife to do the same.  Just by knowing more about your
afflictions should alleviate some of the stress, which would otherwise just
perpetuate the problem.
