The same is true of computers.  Digital computers have their place
(obviously) and we all use them.  But they are not better than analog
computers in all cases.  For example, repeated iterations on digital
computers accumulate, and thus introduce into the final result, errors. 
For this reason analog computers can, in some very limited applications,
outperform digital computers.
