i just went back and looked... their tearline is showing netmgr/2... if it
is having duplicate MSGID problems, it is likely because the serial number
is based on the clock and it is probably running on a fast box which means
that it is likely generating several messages per second...

if this analysis is accurate, then my postit program can definitely fix up
the situation since it uses several means of working around various
braindead dupe checking schemes as well as utilizing a datafile to store a
serial number in...
