Just because one manufacturer releases v.90 code it doesn't mean that
diamond will release theirs also. The v.90 code is still only a
recommended protocol and is in VERY early testing satges. any code that is
released atm will have flaws in it. afaik diamond is due to release v.90
code to the general public some time in april, but as most ISPs have not
received their v.90 code there would be on real reason for giving it to
the end user as most would not be able to use it.
