Well, information from Tech Support is that it does NOT have NVRAM. And I'm 
still not able to turn on CID! :( I'm "in discussion" with tech support via 
email. They want to know EVERYTHING about what software I'm using. :(
Well, GEEZ! I'm running a friggin' DOS-based BBS! NOTHING MORE!!!!
Maybe they'll sit up and take notice. :)
