While I know this area has been rather quiet, but I do believe it was a few
years ago that this was mentioned. I'm fairly certain it was the previous
moderator of the echo that brought it up. The person did work a Supra, but
was promoted or something and was no longer active in this area.... perhaps
someone knows who I'm talking about. The person's name escapes me.
But if the manual and the information you find on the Express brand states
that it does have NVRAM, then you probably do have a grounds for a complaint.
