Craig, which one of the commands that you typed in match the one that I 
mention above? Let me answer that for you, *NONE*.
Now if you want to type in (and I quote, for what must be the 12th time 
already) AT #CID and tell me it works "OK" then I'll believe that my modem 
has a problem, but the caller ID isn't the problem. It's been working fine 
for about 2 years now.
If I'm coming across as being an a*s, sorry... but this is a little 
rediculous already....
