Well, I went to their website and as best *I* can figure, it's *supposed* to 
do caller ID. Now if I can just get Tech Support to resond. They *say* 
they'll respond within 2 business days...'course, first you have to go 
through all this rigamarole of emailing tech support, then they send back a 
robot message, then you decide which code best fits your problem, etc... 
Sheesh! What a pain in the butt!
Another funny thing...it never seems to take a write to the NVRAM! :(
