TTTT, I am not at all sure. And after looking at the web pages I came
up with on a GOOGLE, even less sure. What I do know is that on my
computer for the BBS (266MHz PII) the TPPACHEed version was still
getting error 200s, but when I stuck the mo'slo in there it worked and
was done compiling in a few seconds -- and there was no noticable
effect on the system.

others) wish to see more about it (or other slow down programs).
