Thanks for taking the time to even look, Bob. I know it's almost impossible
without the source ....

And in speaking with Mark, it's obvious that he has no intention of pursuing
this product, so I'd say don't waste any more time on it. Sterm_1.5 works fine
for my purposes. I was concerned about PRO only because it might have uncovered
another problem with screen/ptyman. It could also very well be it's own
problem!  :-)
