I've seen how unstable Win95 is, and Win98 isn't going to be released until 
June. But that's irrelevent. First of all, stability isn't going to be an 
issue for an OS that only needs to handle gaming. Second, i was referring to 
the ease of programming for a Microsoft OS. This will make PC ports very 
simple, and will encourage developers to make games for the Katana.
