When I used to do allot of live sound reinforcement.  I found working at a 
church was almost the hardest.  Most of the people in the choir were out of 
key, and mixing them was the tricky part. 

Yamaha makes some really nice boards.  The board I have been looking at is the 
Tascam DM-4800.  Yummy.  Its big bucks to spend on a console.
