I noted your surname..FARIES and am wondering if you are one of our lost 
branches. I desc. from William Faries who d. 1805 in York Co So 
Carolina..afterwhich the family moved to southern Indiana..they were 
Scots Covenenters (Presbyterian). My line is listed in the FARIS book 
by David Faris. Only about a third of the family retained the FARIES 
spelling. I found some FARIES families living in London in the parish 
of St Leonards,Shoreditch pre 1800.
