SY>I will no longer be unnecessarily cluttering this forum with these
SY>listings. I will keep them up to date as I receive information for them
SY>and you can get the latest by simply sending an EMail request for it.

Although this is a read only Forum I will use it one time to strongly
object to the killing of this Forum. The intention of a network to offer
forums for every available option of that network. Having the Lists
delivered to a /Lists forum seems the most natural way to have access to
them. On our system we have the message lifetime of this Forum set to 31
days so we always have the latest versions of the lists available to
ourselves and to our users. This has worked very well since the
beginning of Majornet and we don't see any valid reason to change it. We
don't object to additional methods of obtaining/distributing the lists
be it Usenet, Web or List/Info servers. But taking it out of Majornet
without discussion by affiliated systems (all co-owners of the network)
and the Majornet Council, I guess the Council did not decide anything
since I haven't seen any communications from the Council in any of the
appropriate Forums, is ridiculous and against Majornet tradition.
