       Alrighty.  Here they are:
All Tracks:  Difficulty to MASTER and laps to 5.
       Go to one player and choose Li'l Dave at the select rider.  Press X to 
       select.  Press T until you go back to the title screen.  Press Up,     
   Down, Left, Right, R2, R1, L2, L1 (do quickly)
       Go back to Options and set laps to 3.  Go to 1 player and choose Wild  
      Ride (Press X).  Press T until you'r back to the title screen.  Press   
     Up, Left, Down, Right, S, R2, O, L2 (do quickly)
       Go to Options Difficulty to Amatuer and Turbo Off.  Go to One Player   
     and select Bomber(press X).  Go back to title.  Press R2, R1, L1, L2,    
    R2, R1, L2, L1.  Goto 1-player and single race.
Enigma:
       Options Dificulty Master and laps 6.  Goto Title and press Press Left, 
       S, Down, T, Right, O, L1, R1
       The best track is the last one!  Double diamond level.  It's called 
Nebulous.
