They must have one bad-ass timing belt then, as all of the gas powered
engines that I can think of off-hand have a timing belt interval between
45 and 60K.  The farthest I have ever seen a timing belt make it (in a
gas motor) is 79K after which the car needed a timing belt and a valve
job (it was a honda civic or crx, I think).
Most OHC diesel engines will go 80-90K on the timing belt because they
never experience the violent accel. that a gas engine delivers.
