 Oh my... didn't happen to say anything about what recourse parents
 have when treated uncivilly, rudely or condescendingly by admins and
 teachers did it?
 Reminds me of the never enforced (but also never repealed) law passed
 by the Virginia General Assembly a couple years back... in that one if
 parents didn't toe the line quickly enough to suit school
 administrators and sign a form at the beginning of every school year
 absolving admins/teachers from any/all wrong doing they would be
 referred to JDR court and a mandatory $50 fine imposed.  The VEA
 with NEA support pushed that bit of nonsense through.  Virginia's AG
 advised all school districts that in his opinion the law would not
 withstand a court challenge.
