Secifically, I would delete the paragraph in the opening where it says:
"This forum is not a complaint area for the general public on..."
And ? possibly ? delete the off-topic discussion list, such as
creationism vs. evolution, etc...
The purpose of these revisions would be to invite more conversation and
discussion. It seems to me that even these topics would be better than
the general silence that has been reigning in this area of late.
