subject: New Jersey Immigration

I am searching for immigrant from Ireland to the New Jersey area who
would have sailed from Belfast or Londonderry to New Jersey or New York
in 1784.
His name was James Blayney who was born in Ulster Province, Ireland
in 1766. He remained in the New Jersey area until about 1795, then
moved to Ontario, Canada.
Can anybody out there help me locate the passenger list. I have tried
Filby's, but to no avail. Are there other resources out there? Are
they available through a Family History Centre?
Thanks in advance for advise, help or information!
