The OS/2 equivalent to notepad would be System Editor (not the Enhanced
Editor), which loads, edits, and saves plain text files.

Yes there is an OS/2 version of Netscape. Go to www.software.ibm.com/os/warp
and select Netscape for OS/2. Or, ftp to
service2.boulder.ibm.com/software/netscape and look for os2en202.exe, which
despite it's filename is actually up to version 3.x
