Anyone played 1080 yet..?  I got my working copy a few days ago..  I've not 
played it much (around 6 hours) but it's brilliant..  The gfx are good..  Not 
the usual N64 low res but not the painful to the eye super high res of Club 
Quarter Back 98..  The sound is brilliant (Virtually CD quality) I don't like 
the music, but thats b'cause i don't like crap rap/boarding style muzak..  
still high quality..
No doubt people will find something wrong with it..  "It's too kiddy they'll 
scream", tell that to the snowboarder, who as a matter of fact has an average 
age of 23-35..
Why are people so obsessed with the style of games..  I used to be like 
this..  Didn't like certain games b'cause I thought they looked kiddie..  But 
that was coz I WAS a kid, then I grew up a bit & realised it didn't matter if 
a game had a childish style or a bloodfilled gorefest style..  I just play 
games that are good..  That includes Yoshi, Mario RPG (SNES), 1080 
snowbaording, goldenye 007, Street fighter series..
But as always the kids will cry to mummy that some games are too childish for 
them, they want mature & sophisticated games..
Well these people will have to make do with Duke 3D, Goldenye 007, Hexen, 
1080, Fighters Destiny & Quake (which WAS due out today, but has been delayed 
again..)
