Ever ride a superbike?
I never really opened mine up very often and then under very controlled 
circumstances, long stretch highway with no onramps for miles
and scarce traffic.

Blip that throttle too hard and the rear wheel will kick out or
wheel loft.

Now that attractive Russian lady weighs half what I do
and her bike packs 27 more ponies than my last ride.

She could almost certainly outrun a MIG figter jet
on the runway before takeoff on that beast she rides.
