Hello A;;!

The last note I have seen in this echo was July 12.  While since then we've
had a glorious summer, a hunting season  and 4" of wet snow on
September 24, nu one has had anything to say.

It is this quiet which is lesding me to say 'Goodbye' to Fidonet.  I get
more tan enough email and messages on Facebook to keep me occupied and
running my events is now for the most part a waste of time.  So on October
1, I'll have my node shut down and call it a day.

It's been 22 years almost to the day and that may be long enough.
