Hello Kenneth. I ran/run some DOS BBS Aps in dos boxes... and there are really no problems with them. Swap out the modems... take out the creative labs on and put in the one that's on the 486 and see what happens.... The simpole fact that the system/BBS/Whatever seems to lockup when a user trys to connect seems to say something. I think it's the modem... some of the new modems were designed to work with windows aplications AND NOT DOS... 25 May 04 22:03, you wrote to me: KB> Howdy Ib: KB> Interesting thought.
