 What you just did is a criminal offence. You accused someone
of being a criminal today, for something he allegedly did as a
teenager and prescribed a decade ago.
 Your murder by STALKING of a depressed person to the point of
suicide is not covered by ANY statute of limitations. It will always
be punishable crime.
 Gloating about his death by repeatedly posting his obituary
will probably not help your defense much.

 Want to know BD better before giving up any personal info that
he will promise (put his hand on the bible and hope to die stuff) not
to put online, and then post to a dozen forums, your family and your
workplace ?
