Markus has found a bug, which only occured when compiling OpenXP using  
FreePascal (and npt Delphi). The bug is fixed now, so please downlaod a  
new snapshot for 3.8.13 from ftp://ftp.openxp.de/openxp/snapshot/ (have  
a look at the file date)
