                      FIREARMS Conference Rules

               This version 1.0.1 edited: Sept, 10, 2002

1.0  This Conference is specifically for communication between folks who
     have an interest in Firearms.  This is not a Firearms political echo,
     and the discussion of anything other than the technical aspects of
     firearms and their accouterments, is off topic.

2.0  Given the nature of this echo, I am fairly flexible on the context,
     but should I inform anyone that it is getting Off-Topic, I assume
     you will take it serious, drop it, and not force me to take further
     action.

3.0  This Conference may not be gated outside of FidoNet without specific
     permission from the Conference moderator.

4.0  This is an ECHOMAIL Conference. It may not be gated into any
     alternate technology which makes it impossible or impractical to
     enforce the above restrictions.

5.0  There is a "real name only" restriction in place for this conference.
     Unless prior arrangements are made in advance with the moderator of
     the conference, users shall post using their real name or a commonly
     accepted derivative. ie: Daniel may post as Dan, Peter  as Pete,
     Caroline as Carol.

6.0  If you cannot discuss an issue without resorting to name calling or
     personal attacks, find another echo to discuss your issues.

7.0  Leave moderating to the moderator. If you have an issue with my
     moderating or anything that a participant is doing, feel free to
     discuss the matter with me in private. See below for addresses.
     
     Suggestions as to changes anyone would like to see in these rules
     are always welcome.
