      There's a couple of these types of patches out to fix thie same problem.

      I would rather fix the problem than slow an already slow computer down,
_especially_ when it's multitasking.  Fiddling with the clock will affect
ALL programs running in other tasks, not just the one you wish to 'fix'.

      But, it's your system, you can do as you wish.  :)
