GA>WU>You guys are talking about the best of the best? With a little work,
GA>WU>B18C1 engine (94-95 Integra GS-R) fitted into a 92-95 Honda Civic will
GA>WU>SMOKE almost any production car...including LT-1 Vettes, Mustang Cobras,
GA>WU>Turbo Supras, Turbo Z cars..., C2 Porches...you get the picture.
GA>WU>Imagine it...the car gets 30+ MPG, idles SMOOTH as silk, and it is
GA>WU>extremely driveable. All it takes is about 5 hours of work and some
GA>WU>wiring knowledge, and it's all done. I do this all the time. I know
GA>WU>what I'm talking about. It'll do 0-60MPH in 4 second land...the quarter
GA>WU>mile in high 13/low 14 land (traction is the problem)
GA>WU>Anyone searching for the perfect "sleeper"? Put the GS-R engine in a
GA>WU>civic...don't lower the car or do anything to it... Let me introduce
GA>WU>you to another world... welcome to Belaray.
GA>Finally, another foreign car fan around here! But why would that make
GA>so much difference anyway? The Civic isn't all that much lighter than
GA>the Integra.

Honda motors do not develop high numbers in torque, therefore, every
single pound off a Honda makes somewhat a world of difference. Civics
are approximately 500 pounds lighter than a GSR.
