I have worked some more on the nl2xml utility. Now it handles IP
information to some extent and wraps connections inside connection

It reads IP/DNS address from the phone field, the system name field, and if
neither is valid it'll assume a *.fidonet.net address. It doesn't handle
flag:address, and I'm not sure if it should?
