Just a note to let you know that Wedgwood really seems to be paying more 
attention to we Yanks these days.  I had requested copies of any current 
brochures, booklets, etc., that described their products as extensively as 
possible.  That was several months ago and I did receive a few small 
pamphlets; today, I received their very latest ones and other unsolicited 
documents.  Apparently they have kept my info in a database as an interested 
party/collector and send items as they are updated.  Not bad customer 
response at all!  I have also been invited to join the British branch of the 
Wedgwood Collector's Society, pending re-establishment of a North American 
branch.  I'm somewhat impressed as this is not typical for most American 
companies I have dealt with lately.
BTW, spouse and I just located and purchased a First Edition of the Mother's 
Day plates and a First Edition of the Christmas plates!  We are thrilled, to 
say the least.
