Both actually, as they get more commercialized they get less personal. As they
get less personal people tend to leave.

Well I was born up north in the snow and ice, got tired of shoveling snow. When
we moved down here in 1968, we didn't even have our first freeze til Feburary.
I loved it. Didn't take me long to get used to the heat.
