    I suspect you got my earlier posts (I've been on vacation for a week).
    The COLLECT program was found at the www.filemine.com site, which is 
really move of a referral site - they provode you with a list of links for 
any given file.  Usually solid links, so far.    They also have a very 
extensive collection of collection programs... as I found out using the 
keyword search for "collect".
    If you need it via email, I can forward a copy of it from my system to 
your email address, it's not a really -big- file, but it would take a few 
minutes to upload/download.
