"Bother," said Pooh to DALE SHIPP about Nodelist compile error. DS> For some unexplained reason, I am no longer able to compile the DS> nodelist. DS> Does anyone have a hint as to how I can get it to compile again, or DS> what I might have done wrong with my shortcuts? I'm running under DS> XP, using 4NT and a CMD file, but have had similar failure just DS> running in a command window as well. Did you just recently upgrade to XP? From what I've been able to tell, the IM nodelist compiler is subject to the same Pascal bug that a lot of programs from back then were subject to. Once your CPU was faster than I think 200-300mHz, a delay routine would end up dividing by 0 and cause an exception error. þ CMPQwk 1.42 1960 þ ...And now a word from our modem: +++ ATH0 NO CARRIER ~~~ Telegard/QWK v3.09.g2-sp4/mL --- MirageNet HQ!* Origin: The InnerSpace BBS - 757-491-2322 - MirageNet HQ!
