Hello Mike!

I saw your name in the history file for ws-ftpd and figured I'd ask you for a little
help setting up.
No matter how I define a user in the ftpaccess file, it will always return
"access denied" for that user.
Even if I use the passwd and group entries from the sample file, it still returns
"access denied".
Anonymous logins work just fine.
