maybe but not really... unless you find a free static domain name service
for dynamic IP addresses (yes, there are still some out there), then you
will likely just be respending that $15... i'm using a canadian company for
my static domain name and they are costing me ~$25US a year... so yeah,
you'd actually be saving about $120US a year :)
