   The APS has a expertising service, I believe its open to non members
   too, they will pass on if it is genuine, photograph it,  issue a
   certificate,   I had such done for a US #1 on cover I bought via a
   auction.
   You might join to be able to get group insurance via the Aps,
   the $25 a year costs  worth the Magazine  members get each month.
