Thanks alot, I appreciate you taking the time to tell me about all of
that.  My grandfather was not a member of the APS, but maybe I will be.  I 
worked it out with my grandmother's bills.  I Measured the stamp, It is 
definitely the 613.  From what I am hearing, I may keep the stamp.  It is 
worth more to me than it would be to a dealer as 
well as the rest of the collection.  I am thinking of having It appraised and 
insured.  My grandfather means alot to me and these stamps meant alot to him.
